I want to add a coolant recovery tank to the truck. Although they did not have one on the original truck, I feel its better to have than not. All of the parts houses have them but I was wonder what the club members have and some pictures would help me decide.
Thanks Jake |

Jake, GMC did offer a coolant recovery at some point in the run of the 60-66 trucks. I think mainly it was for the 66 pickups with the 351E V6, I may still have one but it's no good since it's all rotted away.
They were basically a long tin canister.

Jake it's quite a bit different looking than this one you posted, I'll see if I can dig it up and send you a pic, though there's nothing wrong with the one you found.
