Polyurethane Spring Bushing upgrade

Has anyone updated their spring bushing to poly? Any data on what you used? Of course I can pull it completely apart and measure / order universals. But, I'd love to order the parts before it's blown apart. Just sayin. Mine a 1965 1/2 ton with standard rear leafs. :poke:
