Suburban front seats replaced
1 Attachment(s)
I had Hummer power seats in front but switched to these third row seats mounted to bench seat brackets. I mounted the whole seat further back to suit my driving position; Seat still slides fore and aft like a regular bench. Plan to add a center console as well.
Got the idea from the Pershing Truck idea site http://www.persh.org/pickup/ideapage.htm |

Thanks Ed!
These seats are fine for my short leggedness that don't require a lot of thigh support. I have all three factory seats and 2nd and 3rd rows are pretty much for "show" and education purposes. As you well know they are heavy and cumbersome and a drag to take in and out. That factory front seat is not very comfortable and I find the seat bottom too long as it digs into the back of my thigh. If I slide the new seat all the way forward and fold the passenger seat back down, it's as easy as the jump seat scenario, to get to the back. |
