Hi,
I have an old Hyster forklift that has a GM 478M engine in it. The flywheel needs to be replaced and I'm having a very hard time locating one. I stumbled upon this website and thought I'd try posting something to try and get some leads. There is no number on the ring gear, it has 127 teeth and measures 15 1/8" inside and 16 1/8" outside. Any suggestions would be great. |

If the ring gear is bad you won't need to replace the flywheel , you'll just need a ring gear.

Yes I'm sorry that is what I meant, I need the ring gear not the flywheel.
