OK, what is the difference in diameter of a V-6 cam vs a diesel?

The v-12 uses 7 cam bearings, some of the v-6 interchange. Was just curious if some of the diesel cam bearings would interchange as well. I know cam bearings are available from thunder 12

Three out of seven of the V12 cam bearings share the same part numbers as the V6 cam bearings, the Diesel bearing have different part numbers all together. You're best off just getting them from Thunder V12
