Well I finally found the Owner's Protection Plan book for my 68 that has the Protect-O-Plate in the back. It does have the Dymo tape on it as well. One other piece in the book is also included in the pics is the battery warrantee card, we never had to use it because the original Delco Y59 battery lasted 6 years and two weeks from the date we purchased the truck
