351 V-6 rings
I'm going to look at a 351 V-6 this weekend maybe. Can head gaskets and rings be purchased for these yet? Does anyone know where I could find them?

You can get gaskets from Olson's Gaskets - I sent you the address last week and I believe that rings can be sourced from the company that makes pistons in California - Egge? Pistons might have 4 rings and the Magnum motors Series E & M - the gaskets are different than plain 351's. Good luck in your search.
