STEVE, THAT IS USUALLY DONE ONLY WHEN THE HOLE IN THE LOWER ARM IS LARGER THAN THE OUTSIDE OF THE BALL JOINT BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS INSTALLER DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO SHRINK THE METAL.
