That way never works, bro. You gotta put some sweat equity into anything to get it done. Just start with one piece. "What do I need to connect my (this) to my (this)?" and go from there.
The places mentioned are all decent places. Last place I bought hardware from was
https://www.brotherstrucks.com/ They have a bunch of hardware, bolts, etc. Just know what you're "fastening" and they probably can send you the stuff to fasten it. Just make sure you specify quantity though. They see all orders as "quantity = 1" even if you put 9 in there.
