Build 305 HEI
 

i have 65 1000 with a 305CID..i want to go to HEI ignition. I see and have read " Build a HEI " und V6 Performace..using 231 CID Buick distributor.... i was wondering if anyone has done any business with Mr Rod Johnson..Looks like he builds and charges $60 for custom sleeve... i am trying to get in touch with him..anymore info on upgraded HEI on v6 305 would be appreciated

I haven't, but here's a guy on Ebay that sells a direct replacement. Little spendy, but those that have them say they are great. :ok:

I've done business with Rod and he is Great to deal with and an excellent follow through.
