Looks great to me! What did you use? My oldest painted mine with Testors model car paint
Wish I could find a better pic now, but this is all I got.

Nice! I don't think mine were ever chrome but it sure does look purdy! Just lots of taping and rattle can for me. Then three coats of clear over it all.

Good morning folks,
In looking at these pics I realized that the 1964 GMC 1500 3/4 ton truck didn't have any on it when I bought it. Do you know where I could buy some

I have a set of the round style I don't think I will use if you would like them?

Warning: The round 1960-61 emblems mounted on the front fenders which were consistent from 1960-66. The V shaped 1962-66 emblems mounted to each side of the hood which was different for the 1960-61 model years versus the 1962-66 model years. If your truck came with no emblems and has a V6 in it, there are two possibilities:

1. It originally had an inline six in which case your VIN would start with an "I"

or

2. A previous owner installed a Chevy hood, a common but incorrect swap.

Ed,
I should have said that the holes are there, just somebody removed/stole the V style emblems. I am looking to replace them.

If the question is for me ? I took me two days total. Media blasted them and primed them. Taped off all the non white areas and painted three coats of white. Then did each of the other colors. Baked it in the oven for a bit then did the three coats of clear over it all. They aren't totally perfect but I think they look pretty good.

Would you still have the round ones? I have the ones like the in the pictures here but would like round. I have a 61 stepside.
